Dana Ashby

Dana joins the Mark Ashby Group with extensive knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and technology. Dana started in the Real Estate industry in 2014 when she decided to follow her passion of working in a field where she could help others make positive changes in their lives. The positive influence and support of her father Mark’s career success also weighed heavily on her decision to join the business.

Dana was raised, and still resides, in the northern suburbs with her husband and golden retriever. She remains actively involved with the communities she lives and works in. Dana completed her education at the University of St. Thomas and began her career as a Digital Media Planner/Buyer managing clients such as Arctic Cat, Cargill and Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare.

She prides herself on her precise organizational skills, ability to create and sustain lasting mutual relationships and relentless drive to support her clients with the tools and information they need for the purchase or sale of their home.

Stephen Navarro

Stephen brings a tremendous business and investment background to the team. He held his first real estate license in 1971 and has been active buying and selling real estate since that time. He has spent 33 years in corporate America, including 23 years with 3M Corporation and 4 years as an Executive VP running a division of Airgas Inc., a $2 Billion fortune 1000 corporation. He graduated from Bemidji State University, holds a Masters in Marketing, and has done Graduate work in financial investments at the University of Chicago. Stephen lives in the northern suburbs with his wife Deborah, a sales and marketing manager with 3M.
